A Brief Introduction...

A word about me teaching you these self-treatment techniques. As a Physical Therapist (PT) I have been teaching my patients how to perform self-treatment techniques (i.e. exercises) for over 3 decades. Patients will commonly return to see me for their follow-up appointments and demonstrate inaccurate techniques in doing many of these self-treatment techniques shown in these videos. Do NOT perform these techniques if they cause or reproduce pain.  Always consult with YOUR Physical Therapist about trying these exercises. Movement with precision is a difficult thing to master and that is why seeing a PT is always your best choice in getting expert advice and proper cueing to perform these exercises correctly.
